Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments for consultations and educational products from Freshpower may be refunded or credited.

This policy supplements our Terms of Use and applies to purchases made directly through us.

2. General principles

We aim to treat clients fairly and transparently. Because consultations involve reserved time and preparatory work, refunds are not automatic after services are delivered. Eligibility depends on the product type, timing of your request, and whether sessions have occurred.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

3. One-on-one consultations

3.1 Cancellation by you before the session

  • More than seventy-two hours before the scheduled start: full refund of prepaid fees, or reschedule at no charge—your choice.
  • Between twenty-four and seventy-two hours before: fifty percent refund or one complimentary reschedule within sixty days.
  • Less than twenty-four hours before, or no-show without notice: no refund; a reschedule may be offered at our discretion with a rescheduling fee.

3.2 Cancellation by us

If we cancel due to consultant unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

3.3 After the session has taken place

Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable because the service has been rendered. If you believe the session did not match the agreed scope, contact us within seven days with specific details. We will review good-faith concerns and may offer a partial credit toward a follow-up session—not a cash refund unless required by law.

4. Multi-session packages

Prepaid packages of multiple consultations may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions if you cancel in writing before the second session occurs. A ten percent administrative fee may apply to partial refunds. Once the second session is completed, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be transferable to another household member with our written approval.

5. Educational programs and digital materials

5.1 Live group programs

Withdrawal before the program start date: full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed at purchase. Withdrawal after the first live module: no refund; access to remaining modules may be disabled.

5.2 Downloadable workbooks and templates

Due to immediate digital delivery, downloadable products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent. If technical failure prevents access, contact us within fourteen days for a replacement file or refund.

6. On-site visits

On-site consultations in the San Francisco area may include travel planning costs. Cancellations made with less than forty-eight hours notice may forfeit travel fees itemized on your invoice. Unsafe or inaccessible premises discovered upon arrival may result in rescheduling rather than refund; we will document the reason in writing.

7. How to request a refund

Send an email to touch@freshpower.world with:

  • Your full name and email used at purchase.
  • Invoice or confirmation number.
  • Date and type of service purchased.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We acknowledge requests within three business days and provide a decision within ten business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may vary.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension from future bookings pending investigation.

9. Price adjustments

If we materially reduce the published price of a program within fourteen days of your purchase, you may request a credit for the difference on the same service type. Price adjustments do not apply retroactively to unrelated services.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date shown at the top of this page. Prior purchases remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
